I really enjoyed poking around rizzolibookstore.com. It’s not just the usual stack of bestsellers you see everywhere, which put me in a happy browsing mood. There are lots of cool art, design, fashion, and photography books mixed in, and the whole selection feels thoughtful without being overly fancy or intimidating. I ended up finding a couple of titles I probably never would’ve searched for on my own. Definitely a nice site for anyone who likes getting a little lost in books.

I ended up returning the book because, i ordered it in a rush and didn’t realize it wasn’t the one I needed. The return process was easy enough, and I got my refund quickly, so no complaints there...

I ordered a few books from Rizzoli, and overall it was fine. Most of the order showed up exactly how I expected, but one book was the wrong edition, which was frustrating because I had specifically chosen that version for a reason.
Customer service did get back to me, though it wasn’t especially quick. My take is that the experience wasn’t bad, but it also didn’t feel totally smooth. I’d probably order again, but I’d double-check everything closely.

I’ll be honest, I usually stick with my regular go-to brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about ordering this. But it showed up way faster than I expected, and the packaging was solid too. Definitely made me feel better about giving it a try

They have a cool selection of books, and I liked browsing through them. The prices just felt kinda high to me, and once shipping was added, it didn’t really feel worth it

The box felt sturdy, the corners were protected, and the books weren’t moving around inside. Everything showed up clean with no bent covers or little dents, which I always worry about when ordering books online.

I went to an author signing here and overall had a nice time! The event itself was fun, but it did feel cramped and the line moved slower than I expected. The staff seemed like they were juggling a lot, so I get it. Still a good experience, just could’ve been a bit smoother :)

In the end, I got the book I wanted without any hassle. Finding it was quick, and checkout was straightforward. The only thing that bugged me was that some pages took a little while to load every now and then.

I got my order and the book looked basically brand new, no dents, no bent corners, nothing like that. The packaging was solid too, so you can tell they actually took care with it. Really happy with how it arrived, and I’d definitely buy from here again

I walked in just expecting to browse for a few minutes, but it ended up being so cozy that I didn’t really want to leave. It was quiet in a calming way, not that awkward stiff kind of quiet, which I loved. I felt relaxed wandering around, then randomly got excited every time I found an interesting book. Just a really nice place to slow down for a bit.

Trying to place my order ended up being more annoying than I expected. The checkout page kept acting weird, and I’d click something, then wonder if it actually went through or if I needed to start over. Not the worst thing ever, I guess, but it definitely made the whole process feel more frustrating than it should have
